Successful atheltes start with the right foundation, win or lose doesn’t matter. It’s about building a bond and having fun. Fast pitch softball foundation begins with training, a coach that coaches, not drill, supportive coaching staff and parents. Challenging allows girls to grow, in skill, confidence and mental toughness. But it also takes leadership, teamwork (it doesn’t matter if you are the coaches daughter or not, you all are one) and perseverance – qualities that last far beyond the field.
